How does it work?: Tell us where you live & what topics are of interest to you and we will keep you informed of anything that other users add in you area that match your topics of interest.
Can I use Qarers now?: We are currently in private beta so only people who receive an invitation can use the site. This will allow us to iron out any kinks in the system.
